Severe winter weather advisories in effect for B.C.

The BC Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure has released the following winter weather advisories for the Interior, Vancouver Island, the South Coast including the Fraser Valley:

• BC Interior:Drivers should avoid travel with snow, freezing rain in the forecast
• Vancouver Island driving not advised in adverse weather
• South Coast: Drivers should avoid travel with snow and freezing rain in the forecast
