“As Mainroad continues to grow, the need for talented employees is critical to our success. This new tool is designed to help both current employees and future employees see where their career path can lead them,” says Richard Sakaki, Vice President of Human Resources.
“Young people today want to see a career path and not just a job opportunity. Candidates can browse various career streams within our Highway Asset Management, Contracting, and Products businesses and see where they can go in the organization,” says Sakaki.
Mainroad Group has become one of the largest road and bridge infrastructure maintenance companies in Canada. With 18 operating companies and three business divisions, the Career Paths tool will help candidates understand what we do.
“The more information we can give candidates, the better – we want to show what is possible for them,” notes Sakaki.
