The full length of the highway was opened December 21, 2013.
Mainroad’s Highway Asset Management portfolio includes the Port Mann Highway 1 Improvement Project, the South East Stoney Trail and most recently the South Fraser Perimeter Road. The company is familiar with the operations, maintenance and rehabilitation requirements, obligations, risks and penalties typically associated with these P3 projects.
