Cindy Andrew is an accomplished former President and executive. Her 30-year career has spanned a variety of industries including oil and gas, power utility, high voltage power, and engineering and construction with Canada and internationally. She has strong skills in executive management, strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, financial acumen and analysis, operations, HR, and legal.
Her board experience includes for profit, joint venture, co-operative, and not for profit organizations in engineering and construction, retail, medical, and media industries.
Ms. Andrew is currently Chair of the Board and Director at the Canadian Dupuytren Society. She has served as the Director of Calgary Co-operative Association Ltd., Chair of the Board and Director of CKUA Radio Foundation, the Executive committee Board Chair of Joint Venture Public Private Partnership (P3) project for the Southeast Stoney Trail Ring Road, and Board Director of SNC-Lavalin ATP Inc.
Between 2014 and 2002, Ms. Andrew held several executive management positions with SNC-Lavalin Inc. and business subsidiaries including President, SNC-Lavalin ATP Inc. and Senior Vice President, SNC-Lavalin Inc..
Ms. Andrew is an Institute-certified Director, Institute of Corporate Directors and holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of Alberta.
