Our focus is our customers: your roads- your team says it all, we always put the customer first. We continuously audit, evaluate, and amend our business practices and processes in an effort to improve results for our clients.
To deliver the most effective customer service experience possible, Mainroad follows the ISO 9001:2015 standard. This standard requires that the organization:
a) needs to demonstrate its ability to consistently provide products and services that meet customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements, and
b) aims to enhance customer satisfaction through the effective application of the system, including processes for improvement of the system and the assurance of conformity to customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
The Standard: ISO 9001:2015
All Mainroad maintenance contracting companies follow the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) ISO 9001:2015 standards criteria. Membership to the ISO is completely voluntary. We saw the benefits our customers would experience with this system and wanted to become a part of this rapidly-expanding group of successful businesses.
Mainroad Lower Mainland was the FIRST ISO registered highway maintenance contractor in North America.
Quality Management System
The Mainroad Quality Management System is an internally focused structure of procedures and practices implemented throughout each level of our operations. Each standardized procedure and practice focuses on continuous evaluation and improvement.
Regular internal and external audits from regulatory bodies such as the BC Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure, WorkSafeBC, Construction Safety Network, etc., ensure those standards are maintained and improved where necessary.
All of Mainroad’s operating companies are COR certified.
